Delivery and returns
DELIVERY POLICY
- Please ensure to check your ordered product/s for any physical damages or any parts are missing prior to accepting the delivery. Please do not accept delivery if there are any damages.
- If you accept we consider that the product was in good condition and returns/ refund requests will not be accepted by eautoparts.lk.
- Eautoparts.lk will not be liable for goods which are damaged in transit if the Proof of Delivery (POD) is signed and the goods are accepted.
- Please pick up products ordered under the 'Pick Up' option within 2 weeks from the specified product available date for pick up.
- Delivery time is generally 2 to 5 business Days.
- Eautoparts.lk cannot be held liable for any delays by the courier companies.

- FREE DELIVERY Island wide for all Orders.
RETURN POLICY
A request on return of goods will be accepted on the following terms:
- The customer shall inform our agents immediately of the request on return of goods.
- The customer should Contact us ONLY through 0770052521 or through e-mail at sales@eautoparts.lk
- The request will be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- The goods should be in original packaging (free of damage and markings), with literature, manuals, or documents included in the original packaging.
- Only valid for replacement parts.
- Returns will ONLY be accepted within 14 days
A request on return of goods will NOT be accepted:
- If products are electrical products such as light bulbs, horns, relays fuse, etc.
- If any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed, or used.
- If any product not in original packaging, with original manuals, literature, or documents
- Any products other than replacement parts.
